5-Course Caviar & Wine Pairing Dinner

Join us for an exclusive dining experience featuring the "Caviar Queen" and owner of California Caviar Company, Deborah Keane. This intimate and educational evening will be a night to remember with wine pairings and one-of-a-kind caviar pairings from California Caviar Company's expansive inventory plus live piano music. Deborah will enlighten guests on her decades long career in caviar while Berg Hospitality's VP of Culinary, Brian Sutton, will explain each unique dish and wine pairing. 

The dinner is $345/person and includes the 5-course dinner and wine pairings, but excludes tax, gratuity, and any additional alcoholic beverages.

*Reservations are required and must be made with a credit card to hold the table. Please call us at 713.804.1212. A 48-hour cancellation notice is required. If your reservation is canceled within less than 48-hours, a cancellation fee of $150 per person will be charged.
